Yesterday was my birthday (and Taylor Lautner's and Jennifer Aniston's) and I couldn't think of a better way to celebrate than wearing black! I am loving this mock neck ribbed black and white stripe top I got at Brandy Melville earlier in the week. It's definitely a great new addition to my wardrobe. The weather here in Boston has been wild, so my Hunter boots are the perfect mix of fashion and function. Just because the sidewalks are covered in slush doesn't mean you can't be stylish! Rainy and chilly days are always difficult to dress for. You want to stay warm and dry in style, but aren't quite sure what to wear. Layers and a pair of rain boots are your best friends. I started with a pair of black high waisted jeans and a crop top and added a red cable knit sweater and my favorite plaid scarf for extra warmth and a hint of holiday cheer. My Hunter boots combated the raindrops. Don't let the weather rain on your fashion parade!
